Job Role:
- Handle outbound renewal calls
- Assist existing customers with policy renewals
- Resolve basic customer queries
- Maintain call quality and process guidelines

Eligibility:
- Fresher / Experience both can apply
- Average English communication required
- Minimum qualification: HSC pass
