About the Role

Span Media Communications Limited is looking for a seasoned Communication & Brand Strategist to lead brand storytelling, integrated communication strategies, and high-impact campaign narratives across events, advertising, and experiential marketing platforms.

This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on agency experience who understands how brands come alive through events, campaigns, on-ground activations, digital narratives, and integrated media.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead end-to-end brand and communication strategies for clients across events, advertising, and integrated campaigns
- Translate client briefs into powerful brand narratives, campaign themes, and communication frameworks:
- Own brand positioning, messaging architecture, tone of voice, and storytelling across platforms
- Collaborate closely with creative, events, digital,



and client servicing teams to ensure strategic alignment
- Lead pitch decks, concept notes, campaign proposals, and brand strategy presentations:
- Provide strategic inputs for large-scale events, experiential activations, launches, exhibitions, and roadshows:
- Guide creative teams on copy direction, visual language, and campaign consistency
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients, building long-term brand partnerships
- Conduct brand audits, competitive analysis, and market insights to inform strategy
- Ensure consistent brand communication across ATL, BTL, digital, social media, and on-ground executions

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- 7+ years of proven experience in a reputed Events and/or Advertising Agency:
- Solid background in brand strategy, communication planning, and campaign ideation:
- Hands-on experience working on events, experiential marketing, and integrated campaigns:
