Role: Counsellor / Conversion Specialist
Location: Work From Office - Electronic City, Bangalore
Working days : 5 (Fixed week off Wednesday and Thursday)

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹32,000 per month + Incentives

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a minimum of 5 counselling calls per day with qualified leads.
- Ensure complete documentation is collected and verified before training commencement.
- Update CRM and call completed sheets accurately after each consultation.
- Coordinate and support weekly batch formation activities.
- Work closely with the qualification and operations teams to ensure smooth enrolments.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Maintain a minimum 30% conversion ratio.
- 100% CRM accuracy and documentation compliance.
- Adherence to batch timelines and reporting requirements.

Incentive Structure
- Performance-based monthly incentives same as defined for the qualification team, linked to:




- Conversion performance
- Process and documentation compliance
- CRM accuracy and timeliness
- Overall contribution to batch confirmations

Eligibility & Requirements
- Freshers are welcome - comprehensive training will be provided.
- Robust communication and counselling skills.
- Willingness to work from office in Electronic City.
- Basic computer skills and readiness to work with CRM tools.
