As a Tele Caller, you will play a crucial role in our collections team, ensuring
timely payments and maintaining positive customer relationships. Your primary
responsibility will be to reach out to customers with pending EMI payments,
providing them with due date reminders and explaining outstanding balances. You
will also guide customers on various payment methods and follow up on any missed
or delayed payments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Make outbound calls to customers with pending EMI payments.
* Remind customers of due dates and explain outstanding payment amounts.
* Provide clear and concise information on payment methods and options.
* Follow up on missed or delayed payments, offering assistance and resolving
any payment-related queries.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment statuses.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring a friendly
and professional approach.
* Escalate complex or unresolved payment issues to the appropriate team members
or supervisors.
* Stay updated on payment policies and procedures,

company standards.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
throughout the payment process.

QUALIFICATIONS

* High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
* 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or collections role, preferably
in a call center environment.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to
convey information clearly and politely.
* Strong customer service orientation, with a focus on building positive
relationships.
* Basic knowledge of payment processing and financial concepts.
* Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of calls efficiently.
* Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM tools.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Willingness to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment.
