The Team Leader will play a crucial role in managing and guiding a team of CREs,
who are responsible for customer interactions and collections. This role
involves strategic planning, team motivation, and ensuring a positive customer
experience. The Team Leader will report to the Department Head and work closely
with other departments to align collection efforts with company goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Lead and motivate a team of Customer Relationship Executives, fostering a
positive and productive work environment.
* Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and timely customer service and
collection processes.
* Handle complex customer inquiries and complaints, providing effective
solutions and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
* Implement and monitor performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement
and driving team performance.
* Collaborate with the Department Head and other teams to align collection
strategies with company objectives.
* Conduct regular team meetings, providing feedback, and facilitating open
communication channels.




* Train and mentor team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary
skills and knowledge.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, implementing innovative
approaches to enhance collection efficiency.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a high
standard of professionalism.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including
clients and internal teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

* A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a
customer-facing or collections environment.
* Proven track record of successfully managing and motivating teams, with a
focus on customer satisfaction.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build
robust relationships.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a data-driven approach
