About the Role
We're looking for a dynamic B2B Senior Manager (Sales) – Wealth Management, specializing in Partner and Business Acquisition. The ideal candidate brings a robust B2B sales and business development background with a proven track record of building relationships with professionals and businesses — plus an entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive approach to forging B2B partnerships and generating qualified business opportunities for Guardian.

What You'll Do
Partner Acquisition & Referrals
Proactively identify and approach potential B2B partners through daily outreach (calls, emails) and in-person meetings




Build relationships with CAs, doctors, hospitals, business owners, and other professionals
Maintain 10+ active professional relationships and generate qualified referrals through regular engagement

2.Lead Generation
Meet prospective clients through diverse sourcing channels
Design and execute BD strategies — industry events, outreach stalls, professional seminars, CEO lunches, and targeted marketing initiatives

3.Business Development Strategy
Operate against daily, monthly, and annual targets across calls, meetings, relationship development, and partnership conversions — plus AUM, revenue, and client outcomes
Independently build and manage a pipeline of new B2B relationships and opportunities

Requirements
What We're Looking For
2–3 years of B2B/business development experience
Proven field-sales experience with the ability to build your own pipeline
Experience selling to professionals, businesses, or dec
