n Position Overview: The Sales Head will be responsible for overall sales of ranges of Flats. Being at a senior leadership role responsible for leading the sales efforts related to residential apartment units within a real estate development. This role involves setting and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, managing a sales team, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Head plays a crucial role in driving revenue generation, establishing customer relationships, and contributing to the success of the real estate project.

n Key Responsibilities:
n n Sales Strategy and Planning:
n n n Develop a strategic sales plan for selling residential apartment units, aligning with the overall project goals and market trends.
n Identify target customer segments and demographics, and tailor sales approaches accordingly.
n n n Team Leadership and Management:
n n n Lead, coach, and manage the sales team, including sales executives, consultants, and coordinators.




n Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure team members are equipped to effectively promote and sell apartment units.
n n n Customer Relationship Management:
n n n Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers, responding to inquiries, providing information, and addressing concerns.
n Oversee the creation of a positive and engaging customer experience throughout the sales process.
n n n Sales Process and Lead Management:
n n n Implement and optimize the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closure.
n Monitor lead pipelines and track progress to ensure timely and successful conversions.
n n n Marketing Collaboration:
n n n Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that promote apartment units effectively.
n Ensure that marketing materials accurately represent the features and advantages of the apartments.
