As part of this role, the DBA will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:
Providing Application Database and Replication support for a large DB2 z/OS sysplex workplace Providing Application Database and Data Migration support for an established cloud-based database infrastructure SQL tuning and performance optimization on both Db2 and Postgre SQL Database maintenance and utilities management Providing 12x7 on-call support Database Engineering

The Skills That Are Key to This Role
Extensive experience in DB2 z/OS Database Administration in a large,



complex database environment Extensive experience in SQL, JCL, and COBOL Experience with QREP and IIDR replication products

Good-to-Have Skills
Knowledge of DB2 LUW on Linux/UNIX Experience with CA Platinum tools Expertise in distributed technologies such as Linux, VSCode, Git, and Jenkins , including AWS-based Aurora Postgre SQL Expertise in AWS concepts and services such as: IAM SSO KMS/CMK Postgre SQL PHZ VPC Route 53 RDS RDS Proxy Lambda S3 EBS Cloud Watch DMS EC2 AMI Rehydration Provisioning and management of AWS services
