Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Product Specialist role based in Chennai. The Product Specialist will work closely with customers to understand their requirements, demonstrate product features, and guide them on effective product usage. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, providing post-sales product support, assisting the sales team with product presentations, and gathering feedback to inform product improvements. The role involves maintaining detailed product knowledge,



preparing documentation or training materials, and coordinating with internal teams such as product development, marketing, and support to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
