Role Description The Speech Therapist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The Speech Therapist will assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in children, and design individualized treatment plans aligned with the centre’s behavioral and developmental goals. Daily responsibilities include conducting one-on-one therapy sessions, monitoring progress, documenting outcomes, and adjusting interventions based on measurable goals. The role involves close collaboration with behavior therapists, psychologists, and families to ensure integrated care, including parent guidance on home-based communication strategies. The Speech Therapist will also participate in multidisciplinary case discussions, maintain ethical and skilled standards, and contribute to ongoing program development for children with neurodevelopmental and emotional challenges.
