Role Description This is a full time, on-site Project Manager role based in Nashik. The Project Manager will oversee planning, execution, and delivery of projects across Swadil Creations’ verticals, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.



Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external partners, monitoring project progress, managing risks, and resolving issues to keep initiatives on track. The role involves tracking materials and resources, expediting critical activities, overseeing inspections where required, and aligning logistics with project milestones. The Project Manager will prepare regular status reports, maintain documentation, support process improvements, and contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance business growth and social impact.
