About the Role
We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer – Cleanroom & High Purity Utility Systems to support the construction, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of High Purity (HP) and Ultra High Purity (UHP) utility systems within a large-scale semiconductor manufacturing facility.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in cleanroom construction, high-purity process piping systems, orbital welding quality control, contamination control, specialty gas systems, and utility commissioning activities. This position will work closely with engineering, construction, commissioning, suppliers, and client teams to ensure the highest quality standards are maintained throughout project execution.

Key Responsibilities
Implement and manage PQP, QAP, ITP, ITR, and QA/QC documentation.
Inspect HP/UHP utility systems including UPW, CDA, Nitrogen,



Specialty Gases, and Chemical Distribution Systems.
Monitor piping fabrication, installation, testing, commissioning, and mechanical completion activities.
Verify MTCs, heat numbers, material traceability, and welding documentation.
Oversee orbital welding quality, weld traceability, purging, and oxygen control.
Witness hydrotest, pneumatic test, helium leak testing, flushing, passivation, and cleanliness verification.
Manage NCRs, RCA, CAPA, punch list closure, and quality dossiers.
Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, Commissioning, Contractors, Vendors, and Clients.

Key Requirements
8+ years in Mechanical/Process QA/QC or Commissioning.
Experience in Cleanroom Construction Projects.
Hands-on experience with HP/UHP Utility Systems.
Solid knowledge of:
UPW (Ultra Pure Water)
CDA (Clean Dry Air)
Nitrogen Systems
Specialty Gas Systems
Chemical Distribution Systems
Experience with Orbital
