Own a core part of the LAP product end-to-end - from problem, to roadmap, to a shipped and measured outcome. LAP (Loan Against Property) is a secured-lending product - larger loans, longer timelines, and real operational, credit, and regulatory complexity. As PM, you'll own a slice of it - the customer journey from application to disbursal, onboarding and verification, or a brand-recent feature - and be accountable for its outcome. You'll set the roadmap, write the specs, drive engineering, manage the partners in the flow, and bring leadership clear recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:

Explicit product specs and user stories; breaking ambiguous problems into shippable pieces.
Your own data. Pull and interrogate it yourself (SQL, product analytics tools) to find where customers drop off, size opportunities, and prove impact — without waiting on an analyst.
Flows that survive the real world — designed hand-in-hand with Credit, Sales, Operations, and Compliance.
The external partners and vendors that sit inside the lending flow — evaluating, negotiating, and managing them (e.g. credit bureau, KYC/video-verification, digital signing, auto-debit mandates, banking and valuation partners).
The voice of the borrower — including the cases where agents or channel partners sit between us and the customer.
Direct working relationships with senior leadership, bringing them structured, decision-ready thinking.

Data-fluent. You can write or read SQL and build a drop-off funnel yourself.
Regulatory instinct. You understand how lending regulations (KYC norms, video verif
