About the Role
Wellness Hospitals is looking for a hands-on and performance-driven Social Media Marketing Manager who can take end-to-end ownership of digital campaigns and contribute to the organisation's overall digital growth.
This role goes beyond managing social media pages or posting content. We are looking for someone who understands how paid campaigns, social media, SEO, Google Business Profiles, search visibility, and website performance work together to generate leads, improve digital presence, and support business growth.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable taking a campaign from strategy and planning through execution, optimization, analysis, and reporting, while also identifying opportunities across search and organic digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Campaigns & Performance Marketing
Take complete end-to-end ownership of digital campaigns, from understanding the objective and planning the strategy to execution,



optimization, and reporting.
Plan and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Develop audience, targeting, budget, and campaign strategies based on business objectives.
Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize campaigns for better results.
Analyse metrics such as leads, conversions, cost per lead, engagement, reach, and return on ad spend.
Test different audiences, creatives, messaging, placements, and campaign approaches.
Coordinate with content and creative teams to develop campaign assets that improve performance.
SEO & Search Growth
Conduct keyword research and keyword planning to identify opportunities for improving organic visibility.
Identify relevant search topics and content opportunities based on user intent.
Monitor website keyword rankings and search performance and identify areas for improvement.
