Role Description The Below-The-Line Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for supporting NxtMeal’s on-ground brand and marketing activities. This role involves planning and executing BTL campaigns such as in-campus activations, workplace promotions, sampling drives, and event-based marketing initiatives. The executive coordinates with internal teams, vendors,



and partner locations to ensure timely setup, smooth operations, and consistent brand visibility. Day-to-day tasks include tracking campaign performance, maintaining reports, managing budgets for local activities, and gathering customer and stakeholder feedback to refine future initiatives. The role also requires monitoring competitor activities, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, and supporting the marketing team with ideas that improve engagement and footfall at NxtMeal outlets.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in below-the-line marketing, on-ground activations, or field marketing in consumer-facing or food service environments.
Strong coordination and organizational skills, including vendor management, event logistics, and stakeholder communication.
Ability to collect and interpret basic campaign data, prepare activity reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
