About the Role

Craft & Glory is looking for an experienced *Procurement & Purchasing Manager* to take ownership of sourcing, purchasing, vendor management and raw-material availability across our manufacturing operations.
This is a hands-on role working closely with *production, inventory, product development, finance and leadership* to ensure that the right materials are available at the right time, at the right quality and at commercially competitive prices.

The role will manage procurement across our *footwear, leather goods and apparel categories*, covering everything from leather, fabrics and soles to hardware, packaging, components and production consumables.

Key Responsibilities
* Own day-to-day purchasing and procurement across all product categories.
* Source and procure leather, fabrics, soles, hardware, components, packaging materials, consumables and other production requirements.




* Convert production plans and inventory requirements into timely purchasing plans.
* Maintain appropriate reorder levels, safety stocks and procurement schedules to prevent material shortages and production delays.
* Identify, evaluate, negotiate with and onboard new vendors and suppliers.
* Develop alternate suppliers to reduce dependency on individual vendors and strengthen supply-chain resilience.
* Negotiate pricing, MOQs, lead times, payment terms and other commercial terms with suppliers.
* Issue and track purchase orders from placement through delivery.
* Follow up proactively with vendors to ensure materials arrive according to committed timelines.
* Monitor vendor performance across *quality, price, lead time, reliability and responsiveness*.
* Work closely with Quality and Production teams to resolve material-quality issues and supplier non-conformities.
