Role Overview
We are looking for a Head of Engineering to lead the technology and engineering charter for our Trade and Supply Chain Finance products.

The ideal candidate should be a robust product engineering leader with deep experience in building and scaling enterprise banking platforms. The role requires a solid engineering foundation, strong understanding of microservices architecture, API design and cloud-native technologies, and the ability to make critical architectural and technology decisions.
This is not purely a people-management role.



We are looking for someone who has personally grown through engineering and product development and continues to remain close to architecture, technology and the product build lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end engineering charter for Trade and Supply Chain Finance products, covering architecture, development, engineering quality, scalability and technology evolution.
Define and drive the engineering and technology roadmap aligned with product and business strategy.
Own key architecture and technology decisions, ensuring scalability, performance, security, reliability and maintainability.
Drive the evolution of products toward microservices, API-first and cloud-native architectures.
Lead and develop high-performing engineering teams while maintaining strong technical depth and staying close to the engineering lifecycle.
Drive engineering excellence across design, coding standards, DevSecOps, automation, testing
