The Role:
We are looking for a Commerce Growth Lead to drive Artha’s growth across leading e-commerce, D2C, quick-commerce and consumer businesses.
You will own the enterprise sales cycle, from identifying opportunities and engaging senior decision-makers to solutioning, negotiations and closing long-term contracts.
What You’ll Do
* Build and own a robust pipeline of enterprise commerce and consumer brands.
* Sell Artha to senior stakeholders across Marketing, Growth, Digital, E-commerce, Media and Data.
* Understand customer and business problems and translate them into platform-led solutions.
* Lead product demos, POCs, proposals and commercial negotiations.
* Build long-term strategic relationships and drive account expansion.
* Work closely with Product and Leadership to shape Artha’s go-to-market.
* Own outcomes end-to-end
