Role Description The Marketing & Growth Intern will support Rubium AI’s marketing and business development initiatives in a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area. Day-to-day tasks include assisting in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, conducting market and competitor research, and helping develop growth strategies for AI and technology services.



The intern will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to generate leads, prepare presentations, and support outreach activities across digital channels. Additional responsibilities include engaging with prospective and existing clients, gathering feedback to improve customer experience, and helping maintain brand consistency across all communication and marketing materials.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to support data-driven campaign planning and growth initiatives.
Candidates should possess Sales and basic Marketing skills to assist with lead generation, outreach, and conversion efforts.
Familiarity with digital marketing channels (social media, email, content marketing) and basic analytics tools is beneficial.
