Role Description The Lobby Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Moti Nagar, Delhi. This role is responsible for welcoming visitors, clients, and participants, ensuring a warm, professional first point of contact for the organization. Day-to-day tasks include managing the lobby area, answering inquiries in person and over phone or email, directing visitors to the appropriate staff or facility, and coordinating appointment schedules. The Lobby Executive maintains visitor logs, supports basic administrative tasks such as handling mail and maintaining records, and collaborates with program and operations teams to ensure smooth flow of activities.

Qualifications




Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English; knowledge of local languages (e.g., Hindi) is an advantage.
Customer service and front-office management skills, with the ability to welcome visitors, handle inquiries, and manage reception operations professionally.
Basic administrative and organizational skills, including appointment scheduling, record-keeping, and handling mail or documentation.
Proficiency with office tools and technology, such as email, word processing, spreadsheets, and phone systems.
Ability to stay calm under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a tidy, organized lobby environment.
Prior experience in hospitality, wellness centers, corporate reception, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
Minimum educational qualification of a bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is an advantage.
