About the Role

We are looking for a strategic leader to build and lead Vedantu’s online community, brand narrative, digital reputation, and advocacy across social and community platforms.
This is not a traditional Social Media Manager role. The person will be responsible for understanding online conversations, shaping meaningful brand narratives, building communities, and strengthening Vedantu’s presence across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Reddit, X, Quora, Facebook, Telegram, Snapchat, and emerging platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Build and execute Vedantu’s overall online community and advocacy strategy.
Develop and drive authentic brand narratives around Vedantu, its students, educators, results, products, and culture.
Identify relevant online conversations, trends, and communities where Vedantu can participate and add value.
Build strong relationships with students, parents, alumni, educators, creators, and brand advocates.




Monitor online conversations and sentiment around Vedantu, competitors, and the education ecosystem.
Identify and proactively manage emerging reputation risks and sensitive conversations.
Develop platform-specific strategies for Reddit, X, Quora, Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, and other communities.
Work closely with Content, Marketing, PR, Product, and regional teams to ensure consistent brand communication.
Track community growth, engagement, sentiment, share of voice, and organic brand advocacy.
Convert community insights and online trends into actionable recommendations for the business.

What We’re Looking For
7–10+ years of experience in Community Management, Digital Strategy, Social Media, Digital PR, Brand Strategy, Reputation Management, or related fields.
Robust experience building or managing online communities at scale.
