About Style Union
Style Union is a fast fashion D2C brand with 100+ stores across India and a rapidly growing online business. We build product-led apparel — hero lines like AirDry, FluidX, Repants and Travelator — designed to be better every season rather than cheaper. We don't discount. That means our creative has to do the persuading.
We are expanding aggressively into new markets, and we are looking for someone to own how the brand shows up in feeds: the ads people stop on, and the creators who make people want the product.
The Role
You will sit at the intersection of creative production and influencer marketing. Day to day, that means turning product and brand priorities into scroll-stopping ad creative, and building a creator programme that actually drives consideration rather than vanity reach.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You will brief and steer external partners,



but you are expected to have a point of view of your own on what good looks like.
What You'll Do
Creative
Translate campaign and product briefs into creative concepts for paid social, organic, and lifecycle channels
Write and shape briefs for photo and video shoots, and be on set to make sure the output matches the intent
Build and maintain a pipeline of performance creative: hooks, formats, and variants that can be tested at volume
Track creative performance against media metrics and feed learnings back into the next round of concepts
Keep visual and tonal consistency across ads, site, retail collateral, and creator content
Influencer & Creator Marketing
Identify, evaluate, and onboard creators across tiers, from large-reach names to regional and micro creators
Run campaigns end to end: briefing, negotiation, contracting, content approvals, timelines, and payouts
Build creator content that is native to the platform
