About the Role
Splashjet Inkjet Ink Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a hands-on, result-driven Digital Marketing Manager to build and scale our digital presence across India and international markets. This is not a routine digital marketing role. We are looking for someone who has built a brand from the ground up and knows how to turn digital marketing into brand visibility, qualified leads, and business growth.

What You’ll Own | Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy & Brand Building




Build and execute Splashjet’ digital marketing roadmap across SEO, content, social media, performance marketing and email automation.
Strengthen brand positioning and messaging for domestic and export markets.
Identify digital growth opportunities and convert them into measurable business outcomes.
Team Leadership
Lead a cross-functional team of SEO specialists, copywriters, performance marketers and a 4-member creative team.
Set KPIs, conduct reviews and create a culture of accountability, creativity and execution.
Mentor, develop and scale the marketing team.
SEO & Content
Own technical, on-page and off-page SEO strategy.
Drive organic traffic, rankings and domain authority.
Lead content strategy, blogs, product pages, case studies and brand communication.
Creative & Brand Execution
Direct the design and video team and translate business priorities into effective creative briefs.
