1. Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Executive with 1–5 years of experience in the real estate industry.

The candidate will be responsible for handling Makaan Search leads, making calls to prospective clients, understanding their property requirements, suggesting suitable properties, arranging site visits, conducting regular follow-ups, and converting leads into successful property transactions.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of real estate, residential and commercial properties, property locations, client handling, sales, and the overall property-buying process.

2. Key Responsibilities
Handle and respond to Makaan Search leads received through calls, website enquiries, WhatsApp, digital campaigns, and other sources.
Make outbound calls to current and existing leads and understand their property requirements.
Identify genuine and potential buyers based on their requirements and purchase intent.
Understand customer requirements including location, property type, budget, size, purpose, and purchase timeline.




Provide suitable property options according to the client's requirements.
Maintain good knowledge of available properties, projects, locations, pricing, configurations, and relevant property features.
Explain property details clearly and professionally to prospective clients.
Schedule and coordinate property site visits with clients.
Follow up with clients after site visits and understand their feedback and interest level.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested leads until booking or closure.
Coordinate with channel partners, property consultants, and internal teams where required.
Support clients during property discussions, negotiations, and the booking process.
Identify potential home-loan requirements and coordinate with the concerned team.
