Role Description The Head of Marketing is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune Division, responsible for leading the overall marketing function for Gridlines.



This role focuses on developing and executing a cohesive marketing strategy that positions Gridlines as a global leader in project finance advisory and modeling, including brand positioning, go-to-market planning, and integrated campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing market research, managing digital and offline marketing initiatives, coordinating with sales and advisory teams to support business development, and driving content and thought leadership aligned with target sectors. The Head of Marketing will manage relationships with external agencies and partners, ensure consistent messaging across all channels, and monitor performance metrics to optimize marketing effectiveness. This role also includes building and mentoring a marketing team, setting transparent goals, and maintaining alignment with company strategy and growth objectives.
