We’re Hiring – Sports Analytics Team Manager
We are looking for a Sports Analytics Team Manager who has a solid understanding of sports and experience managing/training a team.
Sports Knowledge Required.
Candidates should have good knowledge of at least 2–3 of the following sports, with preference for candidates familiar with multiple sports:

Field Hockey
Water Polo
Rugby
Netball
Football / Soccer
Role & Responsibilities
As a Sports Analytics Team Manager, you will be responsible for:

Hiring and building a team of sports analysts/taggers.
Training team members on sports analysis, tagging guidelines, and workflows.
Managing the team and assigning games/tasks on a daily basis.
Monitoring the quality and accuracy of completed games.
Conducting QC (Quality Check) before submitting the final analysis to clients.




Ensuring games are completed within the required timelines and quality standards.
Handling team performance, feedback, and day-to-day operational issues.
Coordinating with the operations/client team to ensure smooth delivery.

Strong understanding of sports and game rules.
Good communication and team-management skills.
Ability to train and guide team members.
Strong attention to detail and quality control.
Comfortable working with deadlines and managing multiple tasks.
Prior experience in sports analysis, coaching, tagging, or team management will be an advantage.
