Role Description: This is a full time, on-site Insurance Sales Executive role based in Lucknow. The Insurance Sales Executive will engage with corporate clients to understand their insurance requirements, present suitable policy options through Policyghar platform,



and guide them through plan selection and enrollment. Daily responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing quotations, and negotiating terms with clients and insurers. The role involves coordinating with internal insurance experts and partner insurers to ensure accurate policy documentation, timely renewals, and smooth claim-related support. The Insurance Sales Executive will also maintain ongoing relationships with clients, provide proactive customer service, and contribute to sales targets and business growth.

Qualifications
Strong Insurance Sales and Sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage practices, including corporate and commercial insurance products.
Proven Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
