Artfills Online Learning Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a high-energy, target-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team in Thane - Wagle Estate.

Position: Inside Sales Executive
Location: Thane – Wagle Estate
CTC: ₹45,000 – ₹55,000 per month
Performance Incentives: Additional attractive incentives based on performance
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Saturday & Sunday: Working
Work Mode: Work from Office

What You'll Do
Handle inbound & outbound sales calls with prospective learners/customers
Understand customer requirements and recommend the right learning programs
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels
Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments
Consistently achieve monthly sales targets
Build strong relationships with prospects and guide them throughout the sales journey
Maintain accurate lead and sales data in CRM




Take ownership of the complete sales cycle — Lead → Follow-up → Conversion → Closure
Continuously improve your sales approach, objection handling, and closing skills

What We’re Looking For
1–4 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / EdTech Sales / B2C Sales
Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills
Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities
Target-oriented with a strong hunger to achieve and earn
Ability to handle high volume leads and follow ups
Positive attitude, discipline, and strong ownership
Candidates who enjoy a fast paced, performance driven sales environment
