Chaturvedi & Thakar Advocates is a Mumbai-based law firm with a focused practice in commercial litigation, arbitration, banking and finance, real estate, and corporate advisory. We are looking for a motivated Associate to join our team and contribute to our litigation and real estate practice.

The Role

You will work closely with the Partners on a range of contentious and transactional matters, including civil and commercial litigation before the Bombay High Court and subordinate courts, arbitration proceedings, and real estate transactions and related advisory. You will be expected to conduct legal research, draft pleadings, agreements and opinions, attend court proceedings, and manage client communication under supervision.

What We Are Looking For

LL.B. from a recognised Indian law school




0 to 2 years of post-qualification experience
Familiarity with court practice and procedure before the Bombay High Court is an advantage
Demonstratable drafting, research, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple matters simultaneously
Enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa
