What You’ll Do




Find and connect with potential clients through LinkedIn, email, calls, referrals, and other channels.
Research businesses and identify potential opportunities for our products and services.
Understand prospects’ business challenges, requirements, and goals.
Introduce and explain our AI, automation, software, ERP, CRM, HRMS, and other technology solutions.
Build genuine and long-term relationships with prospects rather than simply focusing on selling.
Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and discussions with potential clients.
Prepare and follow up on proposals and quotations in coordination with the internal team.
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and opportunities.
Work closely with our technical and project teams to understand and communicate solutions effectively.
Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.
Contribute toward achieving monthly and quarterly business development tar
