Role Description The Sales Coordinator role at Chocovic India is a full-time, on-site position based in Ludhiana. The Sales Coordinator will manage day-to-day sales operations, including tracking orders, maintaining sales records, and coordinating with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of gifts and hampers. This role involves supporting the sales team with quotations, proposals, and follow-ups,



as well as handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner. The Sales Coordinator will communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings, assisting with product information, pricing, and customization options. The role also includes preparing basic sales reports, monitoring stock levels, and contributing to process improvements to enhance customer experience and sales efficiency.
