? Hiring: Insurance Query Analyst

Looking for an Insurance Query Analyst to join our Claims Operations team.

Key responsibilities:

Understand and respond to insurance/TPA queries.
Coordinate with users to collect required documents within TAT.
Prepare query document files and submit them to TPAs.
Handle reconsiderations, justifications and clarifications when required.
Track queries and ensure timely closure.

Preferred: Experience in health insurance claims/TPA operations, valuable communication skills and knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.Tips: Provide a summary of the role, what success in the position looks like, and how this role fits into the organization overall.

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline with 1–3 years of experience in health insurance/TPA/claims operations. Strong communication, documentation and Excel skills required. Experience handling insurance queries, reconsiderations and claim documents preferred.
