Job DescriptionAbout the role:
NThe Senior Lead - Security Command Centre is responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Security Operations Centre (SOC), while driving the implementation of processes, customer expectation;
aligned with information security standards. The role requires a proactive approach in delivering technical security services, ensuring operational resilience, system reliability, and continuous improvement of security technologies across the organization.
NRole and Responsibilities:
NCommand Centre Operations

- Lead and supervise 24x7 Security Command Centre operations across assigned locations. N
- Ensure continuous monitoring and operational effectiveness of electronic security systems and integrated platforms. N

nTechnical Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate closely with Projects (ICT), Corporate Technology, Networking, Engineering, and Business Intelligence teams on technical security initiatives. N
- Coordinate with vendors, territory physical security leads,



and building teams for issue resolution and operational support. N
- Lead discussions with members (customers) related to security systems, custom security projects, and audits in coordination with Sales and Account Management teams. N

nSecurity Systems &Technology; Management

- Support implementation of recent security technologies, integrations, and automation initiatives. N
- Ensure operational health, uptime, preventive maintenance, and lifecycle management of security systems. N
- Oversee repair and maintenance programs for electronic security systems. N
- Conduct business continuity and disaster recovery (DR) testing for security systems and associated infrastructure. N

nCompliance, Risk &Governance;

- Support ISO 27001and organizational risk management initiatives within the security function. N
- Ensure adherence to security standards, operational procedures, and audit requirement
