Role Overview
Khaitan India Ltd. is looking for an experienced and proactive Business Manager based out of Coimbatore to lead commercial operations, revenue generation, and channel expansion across the Western Tamil Nadu belt (Coimbatore, Tirupur, Erode, Salem, and Nilgiris).

Mandatory Criteria: This opening is strictly open to sales leaders with a proven background in Ceiling Fans, Home Appliances, and LED Lighting. Candidates must possess deep-rooted channel sales experience and an established distributor network in this industry.
The selected candidate will take complete ownership of primary and secondary sales targets, manage regional Area Sales Managers, and aggressively expand Khaitan’s presence across electrical retail counters, appliance dealer networks, and wholesale trade.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Targets & Revenue Delivery:



Develop and execute regional business plans to consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets (volume and value) for fans, appliances, and LED lighting.
Distribution & Channel Expansion: Identify, appoint, and nurture high-performing distributors, stockists, and key retail counters across the Coimbatore and Kongu cluster.
Commercial & Credit Governance: Enforce strict credit control, oversee timely payment collections, manage distributor ROI, and ensure full compliance with company commercial policies.
Field Sales Team Leadership: Direct, mentor, and monitor Area Sales Managers (ASMs), Territory Executives, and field officers to maintain high retail beat coverage and sales productivity.
Trade Engagement & Visibility: Roll out competitive dealer incentive schemes, festive promotions, electrician/contractor meets, and retail display drives to boost secondary off-take.
Depot & Logistics Coordination: Work closely with the region
