We are looking for a CA-qualified Finance Controller to manage and oversee the financial operations of our managed office business. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, cash-flow management, compliance, and financial controls.
The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing workplace and should have a strong understanding of revenue, operating expenses, client billing, vendor management, and profitability at the centre/business-unit level.

Job Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations for the managed office business.
Prepare and review monthly financial statements, MIS reports, P&L;, balance sheet, and cash-flow statements.
Monitor revenue, expenses, collections, payables, and working capital.
Manage client invoicing, revenue recognition, collections, and outstanding receivables.
Review vendor bills, purchase orders, payments, and expense approvals.
Prepare centre-wise / location-wise profitability reports and analyse variances against budgets.




Develop and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
Track key financial KPIs and provide actionable insights to management.
Ensure timely closure of monthly books and maintain accurate accounting records.
Manage statutory compliance including GST, TDS, income tax, audits, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.
Establish and strengthen financial controls, processes, and approval mechanisms.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and support management in improving operational profitability.
Manage cash-flow planning and ensure adequate working capital for business operations.
Work closely with Operations, Sales, Procurement, HR, and Management teams on financial matters.
Support management with financial analysis, business plans, investment decisions, and ad-hoc financial reports.
