Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Noida. The Sales Specialist will engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their travel needs, present suitable packages, and close sales. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, preparing customized itineraries and quotations, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The role also involves coordinating with operations and ticketing teams to ensure smooth travel arrangements, providing after-sales support, and contributing to revenue growth targets.



The Sales Specialist may assist in training junior team members and participating in promotional activities to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills with the ability to clearly explain travel options and build trust with clients.
Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive client experience.
Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead conversion, negotiation, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Candidates should possess Sales Management and Training skills to support team performance, share best practices, and help onboard new colleagues.
Relevant experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality sales is highly beneficial.
Comfort using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online booking platforms.
