Key Responsibilities
Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, Shorts, LinkedIn videos, promotional videos, and educational content.
Edit long-form content including courses, interviews, webinars, and podcasts.
Add captions, subtitles, transitions, graphics, music, sound effects, and other visual elements.
Create engaging videos while maintaining proper storytelling, pacing, and visual consistency.
Convert raw footage into polished, platform-ready content.
Follow Protrainy’s brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all video content.
Work closely with the Marketing, Content, and Creative teams to understand content requirements.
Suggest creative ideas and new video formats based on current social media trends.




Manage multiple projects and deliver videos within defined timelines.
Organize and maintain video assets, project files, and footage properly.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience as a Video Editor or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar editing tools.
Good understanding of social media video formats and trends.
Basic knowledge of motion graphics, color correction, audio editing, and subtitles/captions.
Strong understanding of storytelling, visual composition, pacing, and audience engagement.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
Portfolio/Showreel is mandatory.
Prior experience in EdTech, educational content, YouTube, or digital marketing is an advantage.
