Role Description This is a full-time, in office Business Development Executive role based in Bhubaneswar. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with schools, colleges, and other partners, and generating qualified leads for ACHIVIA’s consulting services. The Business Development Executive will manage client accounts,



conduct meetings and presentations, and maintain regular communication with prospective and existing partners. Daily tasks include researching market trends, preparing business proposals, tracking sales pipelines, and collaborating with the counseling and operations teams to ensure a smooth experience for students and institutional partners. The role also requires maintaining accurate records in CRM tools and contributing to promotional campaigns and events.
