Job Title: Manager – Business Development & Solution Sales (Smart Workplaces & IoT)

We are looking for a driven sales skilled to lead business development and solution sales. If you have a proven track record of selling integrated smart building ecosystems to corporate clients, architects, and PMCs, we want you on our team.

What You Will Do (Core Focus Areas):
Business Development: Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, MEP consultants, PMCs, contractors, and corporate end-users.
Consultative Solution Selling: Conduct site visits, assess client requirements, and position Lightingale’s comprehensive automation systems. You will pitch holistic solutions integrating IoT for Commercial Offices,



Lighting Management Systems (LMS), HVAC Advising, AI Motorized Blinds, BMS, Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) monitoring, and People Counting.
Pre-Sales & Demonstrations: Partner with internal technical teams to coordinate proposals, BOQs, and product mock-ups for seamless customer presentations.
Pipeline Ownership: Manage the end-to-end B2B sales cycle—from initial lead generation and forecasting to commercial negotiation and final handover to the execution team.
Sustainability Advocacy: Drive conversations around Net Zero and sustainability goals using our smart tech portfolio.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements):

Experience: 4–8 years in B2B project sales, business development, or solution sales within MEP, ELV, commercial real estate, or smart building automation sectors.
