Role Description This is a full time, in office role based in Hosur for a Manager – Production (Pressure Vessel Manufacturing). The Manager – Production will oversee day-to-day shop-floor operations for pressure vessels, storage tanks,



and related fabricated equipment, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and delivery requirements. Responsibilities include production planning and scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with design, procurement, and quality teams to meet project timelines and cost targets. The role will involve monitoring welding, fabrication, and assembly activities, resolving technical or process issues, and driving continuous improvement in productivity, throughput, and waste reduction. The manager will also lead, mentor, and develop production teams, enforce compliance with relevant codes and standards, and prepare regular reports on production performance and key metrics for senior management.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of pressure vessel and heavy fabrication processes, including welding, forming, machining, and assembly.
