Role Description The Operations Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day spa operations, including staff scheduling, team supervision, and ensuring adherence to service and hygiene standards. This role will manage guest experiences from arrival to departure, handle escalations,



and coordinate with therapists and front-desk teams to maintain smooth workflow. The Operations Manager will monitor inventory, equipment maintenance, and facility upkeep, while tracking performance metrics such as footfall, revenue, and customer satisfaction. The role also involves implementing operational processes, supporting marketing and promotional activities, training staff, and collaborating with leadership to drive efficiency and business growth.
