For years, body care has largely been treated like one generic surface — with generic products, generic communication and surprisingly low expectations. We think the category deserves better.

We are building body care with the intelligence, performance and experience people now expect from facial skincare — and we are doing it with the ambition to raise the standard of body care in India.
We’re a few weeks away from launch and looking for an Influencer & Creator Marketing Associate to help take that into the world.

What you’ll do
Find creators who genuinely belong in the LITLIFE world
Build and manage the creator pipeline end-to-end
Outreach, negotiate, brief, follow up and close
Manage seeding, paid collaborations and UGC
Match the right creator to the right cultural or product story
Build content that can work organically and scale into paid
Track costs, timelines, usage rights and outcomes
Build long-term creator relationships,



not one-post transactions
Use creators as a distribution engine across organic, community and paid

You’ll fit if
You understand the brand before you build the creator list
You have strong taste and creator judgment
You can tell the difference between reach and real influence
You understand category experts, beauty creators, micro-creators and culturally relevant voices
You know why some content travels and some doesn’t
You can negotiate, organise, follow up and close without being chased
You are uncomfortable with “valuable enough”
