Role Description The Senior Project Architect – Architect Studio is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore Urban, responsible for leading architectural projects from concept design through construction documentation and completion. This role involves developing architectural plans, coordinating BIM models,



preparing and reviewing submittals, and ensuring compliance with building codes, sustainability standards, and client requirements. The Senior Project Architect collaborates closely with internal design teams, consultants, and contractors, oversees project schedules and deliverables, and supports quality control across all project phases. Daily responsibilities include guiding junior team members, participating in client meetings, resolving design and technical issues, and contributing to continuous improvement in studio processes and standards.
Qualifications
Solid architectural design and planning skills, with proven experience in Architecture for mid- to large-scale real estate projects.
Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows to manage coordinated, accurate project documentation.
