Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Sales and Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and qualifying recent business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and developing long-term relationships with key clients in target markets. The Sales and Business Development Manager will prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals,



negotiate commercial terms, and work closely with internal teams to ensure successful solution delivery. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining a robust sales pipeline, tracking performance against targets, conducting market and competitor analysis, and contributing to go-to-market strategies. The role also requires regular reporting on sales activities, forecasting, and participation in industry events or client meetings to expand AltitudeSoftware’s presence.

Qualifications
Strong skills in sales strategy, business development, account management, and opportunity qualification.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships, conduct consultative selling, and negotiate contracts effectively.
