About the Role

The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls for the NGO calling process, connecting with potential donors/supporters, and maintaining positive communication.

Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls for the NGO calling process
Connect with potential donors/supporters and explain the NGO’s initiatives
Address basic queries professionally and maintain positive communication
Follow up with interested callers as per the process
Update call details, responses, and follow-up status in the system
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets

Qualifications

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
Freshers are welcome to apply




Candidates pursuing graduation may also apply
Candidates based in or near Noida will be preferred

Required Skills
Fluent Hindi communication is mandatory
Basic English speaking skills are required
Candidates should be comfortable with calling-based roles

Preferred Skills
Experience in a similar role is a plus

Pay range and compensation package
Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month
