Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Clinical Psychologist Trainee role based in Gurugram.



The trainee will assist in conducting clinical assessments, administering and scoring psychological tests, and documenting case histories under supervision. Daily responsibilities include supporting individual and group therapy sessions, participating in treatment planning, and monitoring client progress in collaboration with senior clinicians. The role involves maintaining accurate clinical records, contributing to multidisciplinary team meetings, and following ethical and professional guidelines in all interactions. The trainee will also engage in ongoing learning, case discussions, and clinical supervision to develop competencies in evidence-based psychological interventions and rehabilitation.
