Your job is NOT to close sales.Your job is to find the right companies, identify the right decision-makers, start conversations and book qualified meetings with the Founder of Tripplanners.

? Office-based initially / Can Switch to Hybrid after Sometime
? ₹25K–35K + incentives

? WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Your primary responsibility will be:
Find → Connect → Engage → Qualify → Fix Meetings
You will:
Identify target corporate companies across India.
Research companies and identify the right decision-makers.
Use LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google, email and telephone to reach prospects.
Identify CEOs, Founders, HR Heads, Admin Heads, Travel Managers, Procurement Heads and other relevant decision-makers.
Initiate conversations through personalised LinkedIn messages, emails and calls.




Follow up systematically with prospects.
Understand the company's travel requirements and identify potential opportunities.
Generate qualified appointments for the Founder.
Maintain accurate prospect and follow-up information in CRM/Google Sheets.
Research prospects before approaching them rather than sending generic mass messages.
Develop relationships with potential referral partners and corporate connectors.
Attend selected business networking events/exhibitions when required and generate meetings from them.
