Role Description The Regional Sales Head is a full-time, on-site role based in Jalalabad. This role is responsible for driving regional sales growth for HESA products, managing key accounts, and developing strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and major builders. Day-to-day tasks include setting and tracking sales targets, monitoring market trends and competitor activity, preparing sales reports, and implementing regional sales strategies. The Regional Sales Head will oversee and guide the regional sales team,



provide coaching and performance feedback, and coordinate with internal departments for pricing, logistics, and customer service. The role also involves regular field visits, customer meetings, and representation of the brand at local industry events to strengthen market presence.
