About the Role
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can craft, drive, and grow ShopOS’s digital presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, YouTube, and more. You’ll be the voice of our brand online—curating stories, sparking conversations, and building a community of AI, tech, and eCommerce enthusiasts.
You’ll work closely with the founders, product marketing, design, and content teams to turn the work we’re doing into stories worth sharing—and ensure those stories reach the right people at the right time.

What You’ll Own
Own and manage the end-to-end social media strategy across channels (LinkedIn, Twitter/X,



Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
Plan, write, and schedule engaging content that builds brand, educates users, and drives growth
Craft content across formats— posts, threads, memes, carousels, reels, short videos, and live sessions
Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to turn complex ideas into shareable stories
Track performance, measure engagement, and optimize based on insights and analytics
Build and engage with a community of followers— respond to comments, DMs, and join relevant conversations
Stay on top of trends in tech, eCommerce, AI, and digital media—and shape our voice accordingly
Work on high-visibility campaigns for product launches, events, partnerships, and hiring
Build a distinct voice and personality for ShopOS on every platform

What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of experience in social media or content marketing roles
