D2C wellness & skincare brand on a mission to provide holistic, personalized, doctor-led Ayurvedic care for
100M+ Indians living with chronic skin conditions like psoriasis, eczema and dermatitis.

Role Overview
When a customer enquiries about Natura X services, the enquiry is routed to our Sales Team. Your role is to connect with the customer, understand the nature of their issue in detail, assess if it is a genuine enquiry,
counsel them about our approach, convert it into a qualified lead, and forward it to our doctors for consultation.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer enquiries via Call, WhatsApp & Chat.
Engage empathetically with customers to understand their concerns and gather relevant details.
Validate and qualify genuine enquiries.
Counsel and educate customers about Natura X's holistic care model.
Convert qualified enquiries into leads and coordinate with the doctor consultation team.




Maintain accurate lead records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
Deliver a compassionate and high-quality customer experience.

Skills & Requirements
Any Graduate / Undergraduate can apply.
Experience: Minimum 2-5 Years in Sales / Support / BPO (D2C / Healthcare / Wellness preferred)
Languages: Fluency in English and Malayalam is MANDATORY.
Preferred: Fluency in Tamil and Kannada will be Highly Desirable.
Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
Empathetic, patient, and customer-first mindset.
Prior experience in Telesales / Customer Support is a plus.
